The first workshop in this series will introduce the Programme Review Tool (PRT) and the model it was developed to support - Plan, Map, Analyse and Interpret (PMAI) . Through an overview and demonstration of the PRT, participants will learn how analyses can be conducted using the PRT to address specific questions as part of programme review. Following the overview and demonstration of the PRT in the first session, the second session will give participants the opportunity to use the PRT to conduct programme review. Participants will first identify appropriate analyses to address specific review questions and use the PRT to conduct these analyses and discuss the results and how to translate them into actions for quality improvement.
