We will describe how rubrics are assigned to different active learning pedagogies to reward students for their active engagement. The ALRB approach will be demonstrated with a supporting system and rewards will be given to the audience to show how instructors can use the ALRB approach in any face-to-face, hybrid or purely virtual environment.
