It was developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Thousands of clinical studies have shown the power of mindfulness practice to improve symptoms and help people cope a wide range of physiological and psychological challenges, including stress, cancer, anxiety and depression, chronic pain, and more.
