Abdominal organs (plastic anatomy)
We're going to take apart a plastic anatomy model and see what we can find in the abdomen. We'll identify as many organs as we can, see how they fit into the abdomen relative to one another, working our way from anterior to posterior.
This is a video is useful in helping me to construct a 3D view of abdominal organs in my mind. It is because the model presented is very detailed and much better than the 2d image on the textbook. I figure out the spatial relationship between different organs with the help of the model. So it becomes easy for me to build up knowledge about the function ,shape and position of specific organs. I find it easier to identify the organ in x ray images after watching this video that helps me to build up the 3D positioning of anatomical structures.
