The "Mooncake English" Youtube Channel and webpage are very well-displayed. As I brainstorm ideas for my teaching kit, I accidentally discovered this fantastic learning material. Having "Hotel Management" as my major, I wasn't familiar enough with English teaching. There are so much logic behind a lesson plan design, e.g. the duration and sequence of activities, that may seriously affect students' learning effectiveness. While browsing through those videos, I was enlightened by the energy of Jemma Perry. Myself, as a viewer found it very enjoyable. And that sparked my interest and lead me into thinking: "What EXACTLY is needed in producing an excellent e-learning video?" Then, I studied her movement and tones in game demonstrations (which indeed helps me a lot with my third assignment). For example, skills to keep audience (i.e. Asia HRDI students) engaged, when explaining activity rules and steps.
