Effective communication is one of the component in the course and this video has demonstrated how a successful speaker should deliver the speech in the public. The speaker provides several tips such as using open ended questions, be brief, no repetition , don’t equate our experience with others etc. This video is informative yet interesting as the speaker taught the above tips by applying them in the talk. So these skills deeply rooted in my mind after watching this video and it is better than the written notes.
