What is organizational structure?

In week 9 of MM2021, there was a topic about organisational structure and design. Organizational structure was a brand new concept for me so I was a little bit confused. So, I looked for more information on YouTube and saw this video. This video is straightforward in demonstrating the concept of organisational structure.
