Business Model

This video is beneficial for me to gain a better insight into the business model. I can learn more about how the business model can help support a better business startup plan. The business model is a framework describing the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers and captures value. It includes nine parts, including key activities, key partners, key resources, value propositions, customer relationship, channels, customer segments, revenue streams and cost structure. It is advantageous for me to practice the analysis of the business model in my future business startup competitions.
