This CEO Report is about tapping into the psychological thought-processes of how great problem-solvers see, interpret and makes sense of being stuck with complexity and what they do (or fail to do) to progress. To uncover these underlying thinking patterns we administered a rigorous and systematic interview approach from clinical psychology called, Repertory Grid Technique (RGT). Our sample consists of fifty (50) seasoned CEOs /Executives spanning a wide range of industry sectors. Seven (7) inherent latent themes emerged from our analysis as to what are the core drivers (habits of mind) that help executives open up the alternatives whenever they find themselves stuck with complexity.

C is a general-purpose, imperative computer programming language, supporting structured programming, lexical variable scope and recursion, while a static type system prevents many unintended operations. C was originally developed by Dennis Ritchie between 1969 and 1973 at Bell Labs, and used to re-implement the Unix operating system. It has since become one of the most widely used programming languages of all time, with C compilers from various vendors available for the majority of existing computer architectures and operating systems. The best way we learn anything is by practice and exercise questions. We have started this section for those (beginner to intermediate) who are familiar with C programming. Hope, these exercises help you to improve your C programming coding skills. Currently, following sections are available, we are working hard to add more exercises.

This project aims to study the exportation history of Hong Kong’s quality granite to the Pacific Rim and the construction history of those overseas projects using exported stones in the 19th and 20th century. The following five aspects are investigated:
The colonial government record in 1844 granite was shipped to mainland China. During 1850s and 1860s, granite blocks were exported to mainland China, New South Wales, San Francisco and Siam and used as building materials and paving slabs.
In 1852, the façade of Parrott Building in San Francisco was cladded with quality granite from Hong Kong. Twenty workers and two supervisors from Hong Kong boarded a cross-Pacific ship for the erection of this epoch-making building.
Between 1860 and 1870, granite was quarried in Kowloon, for the construction of the French Catholic Church in Canton. In 1890, the Gap Rock Lighthouse was built by a Hong Kong contractor using the granite from Hong Kong.
Between 1928 and 1933, quality granite was chosen in the projects of The Mausoleum in Nanjing, The Memorial Auditorium and the Memorial Cenotaph in Guangzhou in remembrance of Dr. SUN Yat-sen. These projects were designed by architect LU Yen-chih and constructed partly by contractors from Hong Kong.

Behance, part of the Adobe family, is the leading online platform to showcase & discover creative work. Creative people around the world join Behance, entering a community made with their original work and creative process in mind. Here, users showcase their work in the form of profiles comprised of Projects. A Project is a grouping of images, videos, and other digital content with a related theme or process. Every project has a unique URL that can be shared across the web, as well as a View and Appreciation counter so you can track how many people have seen your project and given you kudos on a job well done. Here is an example of a Project created by the Behance Design Team. Behance members can Follow your profile and you can, in turn, follow other users. When you Follow someone, their updates (projects they’ve uploaded, Appreciated, or Added to a Moodboard) appear in your For You feed. The For You feed is the home screen for signed-in Behance creatives. As you follow more profiles, you'll start to see more projects appear in your feed. To view a Project that appears in your For You feed, simply click the Project Cover and the full contents of the project will open for you to view. In your feed, you may start to notice projects that have a small badge in the corner of the Project Cover. Those projects have been Featured. For most people, an anatomy atlas is a large book with illustrations of the different regions and systems of the body. Each region is labeled with the names of the organs and other anatomic structures that compose it. A textual description often describes the structures, their interrelationship, and their function. Taken together, the collection of information that makes up an atlas paints a comprehensive view of the body and how it works. For our purposes, we generalize the definition of anatomy atlases to include any annotated collection of spatially organized medical information. This definition includes digital atlases as well as printed books. This broader view also covers specialized atlases such as those used in radiology, pathology, and microscopy.

Guys, our original series on the Arduino Microcontroller was insanely popular. Those original lessons had some great technical content, but the production quality of the videos was pretty low. Because of that, I want to go in and redo the arduino tutorials, taking advantage of improved production capabilities I now have, and using fresh hardware and software. For those who have taken the original series, the first few lessons will be material you already have learned. You can choose to review the material, or just skip to the later lessons. In this new series of lessons, I will be using this Arduino kit. So, enough of this small talk, lets get right into the new and improved lessons.
